If something is saved on a flash-drive, it won鈥檛 be stored on the laptop鈥檚 hard drive. True or false?

Whoa! Thanks for all the answers to my question about the cleaning capabilities of Shredder and CCleaner, etc. . I was just curious, there鈥檚 nothing really in the files to 鈥榗lean鈥?that completely. Since we are on this subject, above is a follow-up question is that if something is saved on a flash-drive, it won鈥檛 be stored on the laptop鈥檚 hard drive. True or false? And, of course, if one replaces the hard drive, then all record is gone. True or false? If something is saved on a flash-drive, it won鈥檛 be stored on the laptop鈥檚 hard drive. True or false?
What you write to a flash drive will be there only. However there is nothing that says you can't do two writes, one to the flash drive and the other to the hard drive.

The file structure on the flash drive is identical to that on the harddrive and there are utilities to either recover files from flash or to thoroughly clean off the flash drive. If something is saved on a flash-drive, it won鈥檛 be stored on the laptop鈥檚 hard drive. True or false?
Untill and unless you decide to copy it to the hard-drive it won't.So it's 'true'.(*don't use the 'autoplay' feature).

For your second questions, Again its 'true'.........
