An exam contains six true or false problems. In how many ways can the exam be completed if leaving the answer blank is also an option? The answer is 729, I just need to know how to do it.An exam contains six true or false problems. In how many ways can the exam be completed if...?
There are three possible answers for each question (T, F, and No Answer). You get 729 by multiplying by three for each question. so its 3^6 (3 to the sixth power; 3x3x3x3x3x3= 729).
